🌱I am Petal!I am a monster girl artist, literally and figuratively! Commissions
How does your commission process work?1: You inquire with info + reference materials on contact and we discuss prices.2: Payment upfront with PayPal invoice or Ko-fi.
(Partial payments are broken up into sketch, lines, and color processes.)3: Sketch approval
(Sketch commissions get no revisions - all others get 1 revision - before line art.)*4: Once it's approved I move to line art.
(Line approvals at request - no major edits)5: Completed work sent via dropbox link (a folder or file)
(If .psd, transparent .png, .sai files are needed let me know at the start)Any questions and inquiries are welcome!

All my service and work is digital and there's no shipping applicable.
• We discuss and agree upon a price where i will invoice you via PayPal for upfront payment.• I submit a sketch for approval, any edits need to be made here before approval. Once approved no major changes will be allowed to the piece.• Image will then be completed and sent via dropbox link to a file or folder2 - Payment

• Customer is sent an invoice, to be paid upfront before any work is started
(-or- payment is made to Ko-fi for commission slots or stream commissions.)• Full Refunds will not be granted.• A partial Refund will be considered only if both mutually agree a sketch approval can't be made but is still ultimately at my discretion• If the sketch is approved and we enter the completion stage there will be NO refund consideration.• Payment plans and partial payments will be based on sections of work. (ex. Sketch, Lines, Color.) No files will be worked on or delivered until full payment for specified section has been given besides marked approval/progress images.3 - Revisions

• Only one (1) Major revision (ex. resketch/ pose change) and two (2) Minor revisions (ex. expression, hair style, hand position) allowed. (Stream comms have no edits/approval phases)• Once sketch is approved NO revisions are allowed. I will not edit lineart or colors. (An exception if i miss something on a reference that was clearly expected only)• Multiple revisions/ nitpicking/ or not knowing what you want and asking for changes that are microscopic will not be entertained and you forfeit your commission slot. I will not finish the image, and you will keep the work already delivered with no further work to be done. If this happens it's because nothing i can do will give you the image you want and you've burned through my $ amount per hour to live off of. No refund will be given. (This has only happened once in the 12 years I've been taking commissions.)4 - Copyright information

• You do not own Commercial Rights for your commissioned piece. You must inform me prior to payment for the Commercial Rights to be included. (An additional surcharge.)• I reserve the right to use any and all commissioned pieces for advertising or marketing purposes.• You do not have the rights to sell, trace, post or edit my artwork without my explicit written permission OR having paid for the Commercial fee (Purchasers are the only ones allowed to post their commissioned work, other then myself for advertising.)• Attaching/posting my work to your own portfolio or commission examples or using my work in any other way as your own is not allowed.• You are not permitted to use my art ( or your commission) as an NFT or associate my art with NFT's in any manner.• You are not permitted to use my art ( or your commission) with any form of AI generation or learning.• When posting or using your commission publicly you must link to me in some form. (Twitter, Kofi, or Carrd)

If you fail to comply with my TOS it will result in being blacklisted and you will no longer be able to commission me. If you disagree with any of the statements made in my TOS, do not commission me. This is not negotiable.By delivering payment you have agreed to all of the above, as such it will also be on the receipt of your invoice.
